Tube Specifications

All our frames are individually and painstakingly hand crafted and balanced. Each frame rides true, even at high speeds downhill where other frames can cause loss of control. Weights stated are for complete welded, painted and finished frames including braze-ons and stops, unlike many manufacturers who offer only the sum of the unfinished tube weights as the frame weight. All forks can be upgraded. Although our bikes naturally suit Campagnolo Record, we will build with the customer's choice of components or substituitions where requested and available. The only Italian builder to deliver within six weeks of deposit inside continental USA and Canada. Custom changes to tube lenghths, and color are at no charge. Creative custom requests (such as heights, angles and artwork) available at a modest cost. Comfort is first found with the correct fit, and then in the materials used in the frame.

• Double butted 7005 T6 heat treated aluminum alloy.

EOM
• Variable butted low carbon microalloy austempered steel K.E.T. surface.
• Tensile strength Rm = > 1550 N/mm2.
• Lightest commercially available steel tubes - lighter than most aluminium tubes.
SAT
• Asymmetric butted 18MCDV6 steel alloy.
• Tensile strength Rm = 1450 N/mm2.
• Lightweight. High resistance with increased ability to bend before reaching its final breaking point, a feature which adds to safety and reliability.
Com
• Double butted 18MCDV6 steel alloy.
• Tensile strength Rm = 1250/950 n/mm2.

• Extreme lightness due to reduced thickness (0,4 mm).
• Better able to withstand fatigue stresses, better strength, tenacity and resistance to corrosion and wear.
